James Fairley - Founder and Director
James is a highly focused Residential Home Manager with eleven years of experience within the care sector. An enthusiastic person, James has a drive and commitment to achieving ambitious goals in his professional and personal life. James prides himself on extensive industry experience to share their expert knowledge with their team when possible. A resourceful professional, James shares his extensive industry experience and expert knowledge with co-workers.
James is level 5 qualified in Health and Social Care. James is a qualified practitioner in PACE and Trauma Recovery Model and is also qualified assessor for Health and social care level 3 candidates.
Shani Jones - Founder - Director
Shani is vastly experienced in the childcare sector of 15 years in school provision and residential care. Shani has completed level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, level 3 & 5 in Health and social Care. Shani is an experience and passionate in senior role and has a passion for attaining positive outcomes and possess experience leading and motivating a staff team. Shani can work effectively with other professionals to ensure the quality of care and the best interests of the young people are central.
